Location: Sage + Sound’s Salt Cave
Details: Come experience a guided 90-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork + Sound journey designed to work with your breath and nervous system, guiding you out of the thinking mind and into a deeper state of healing, release, and renewal.
Guided by Morgan of Radiant Soul Healing, you’ll move through a 26-minute active breathwork pattern, where you will be fully supported and gently guided throughout the entire process. This is followed by a 23-minute sound bath to reflect on your journey. The practice will be explained beforehand, and we’ll close with time for journaling to help you integrate your experience.
Through this practice, you’ll create space to process emotions, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself on a profound level.
