Details: Kelsey will be guiding you through a 90 minute session in the Salt Cave. This will include setting an intention for your personal practice, active breathing, guided meditation + sync up and closing with a restorative sound experience.
What to Bring:
Easily Removable shoes and Comfortable clothing
Pillow or bolster for support if needed + blanket for your comfort
Eye mask
