Kristin Springer, Reiki Master in 5 forms of reiki, and Jo Lonna Foy, Sound Bowl Practitioner, will bring you a soothing and deepening healing event in the salt cave! We provide gentle, steady sound healing with reiki work through the session to provide self care time for meditation and releasing what no longer serves you. Join us for an evening to be present in your body and connected to universal flow for restoring your inner light.

What to Bring:

• Easy removable shoes + comfortable clothing

• Eye Mask

• Blankets and Pillow or bolster for support if needed

  ** Yoga Mats provided for you!
