Memberships are designed to support consistency and ease, allowing you to book classes directly through our scheduling page while receiving the best per-session value.

Yes. You may upgrade or change your membership at any time by contacting us or managing your plan through your account, depending on availability. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
