Details: Summer is winding down, and we’re shifting into a new season. This breathwork session is designed to help bring balance to your nervous system as you prepare to navigate the changes ahead. It’s a chance to reset, recenter, and come back to zero — grounding yourself before life picks up again.
What to Bring:
Easily removable shoes + comfortable clothing
Small pillow or bolster for support if needed + blanket for your comfort
Water bottle
Journal
* Yoga Mats provided for you (no personal yoga mats are allowed)
